Shipping and storage Shipped at room temperature. Product as supplied can be stored intact at room temperature for several weeks. For longer periods, it should be stored at -20°C. Protect from light and moisture.
Solubility Soluble in DDW.
Centrifuge all products before use (10000 x, g 5 min). Avoid multiple freezing and thawing. It is recommended to prepare fresh solutions in working buffers before use, or aliquot stock solutions reconstituted in distilled water and keep at -20°C. Upon use, dilute the stock solution in the desired working buffer.

- Alomone Labs Anthopleurin-C enhances NaV1.5 channel currents expressed in HEK cells.Representative superimposed traces of NaV1.5 currents in the absence (black) or presence (green) of 10 nM Anthopleurin-C (#STA-400). Currents were elicited by a 20 ms voltage step to -20 mV every 3 sec from a holding potential of -90 mV.

Representative time course of Anthopleurin-C (#STA-400) effect on the normalized area of NaV1.5 channels current. Membrane potential was held at -100 mV, current was elicited by a 100 ms voltage step to 0 mV every 10 sec, and was significantly enhanced by the application of 200 nM Anthopleurin-C (green).
