GPR174 (LysoPS, LYPSR3), is one of three lysophosphatidyl serine receptors, belonging to the superfamily of G-protein coupled receptors. Lysophospholipids are a diverse group of small, membrane-derived phospholipids that act as extracellular signals1.
Activation of GPR174 leads to an increase in cAMP cellular levels, leading to cellular morphological changes, cell to cell adhesion, and delays in cell proliferation2.
GPR174 is reported to be a genetic risk locus for Graves disease, an autoimmune disorder that causes hyperthyroidism3 and as a negative regulator of T-cells activation4.

Anti-GPR174 (extracellular) Antibody (#AGR-060) is a highly specific antibody directed against an extracellular epitope of the human protein. The antibody can be used in western blot and live cell flow cytometry applications. It has been designed to recognize GPR174 from rat, mouse and human samples.
Anti-GPR174 (extracellular)-FITC Antibody (#AGR-060-F) is directly conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) fluorophore. This conjugated antibody has been developed to be used in immunofluorescent applications such as direct flow cytometry and live cell imaging. It has been designed to recognize GPR174 from rat, mouse and human samples.
