Human CXCR1 (extracellular) Blocking Peptide (#BLP-CR011) is the original antigen used for immunization during Anti-Human CXCR1 (extracellular) Antibody (#ACR-011) generation. The blocking peptide binds and ‘blocks’ Anti-Human CXCR1 (extracellular) primary antibody, this makes it a good negative reagent control to help confirm antibody specificity in western blot and immunohistochemistry applications. This control is also often called a pre-adsorption control.

- Western blot analysis of CXCR1 in human Jurkat acute T cell leukemia cell lysate:1. Anti-Human CXCR1 (extracellular) Antibody (#ACR-011), (1:200).
2. Anti-Human CXCR1 (extracellular) Antibody, preincubated with Human CXCR1 (extracellular) Blocking Peptide (#BLP-CR011).
